Reverse Engineering & Production of a Tubular Bar Stool

This project focused on the reverse engineering and manufacturing of a tubular bar stool. The process began by dismantling an existing model to create precise templates, which were then digitized into a high-fidelity 3D model. Using CNC pipe bending and specialized welding, the structure was fabricated from premium steel. Following a professional chrome-dip plating process for a mirror-finish durability, the final assembly integrated custom hardware, resulting in a refined, industrial-grade seating solution.
