For PowerSea Energy Systems, I developed this industrial-grade, mass-production-ready metal enclosure as both partner and lead designer. Engineered from 0.8 mm sheet metal, the design is optimized for energy storage cabinets, battery enclosure systems, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) cabinets, and industrial power storage units. Throughout the design and engineering process, key priorities included precise sheet metal bending and production tolerances, laser cutting and CNC bending compatibility, a modular cabinet architecture, easy assembly and maintenance access, and overall cost efficiency in manufacturing. The result is a durable, scalable, and production-ready enclosure solution tailored for renewable energy systems, solar energy storage applications, industrial energy infrastructures, and grid-supported storage projects. Built on a strong technical foundation with a production-oriented engineering approach, the cabinet is fully adaptable to both investment-scale projects and mass manufacturing processes.
